TO THE DREAMERS
It seems as if I have been made aware of this word since August when I heard Jossy Chacko's talk on the Parable of The Talents and enlarging your vision, empowering others, and embracing risk. His quote about dreams stuck with me, "When others see your dream, they will know the scale and size of your God." The last lesson of our small group series was about dreaming with God and our new series that we are about to start this week is Chase the Lion: If Your Dream Doesn't Scare you It's Too Small by Mark Batterson. The word keeps popping up everywhere!
Some of us might think that the dreams and goals that we have for ourselves are far too big to ever be attainable. They may seem far out of reach, crazy even. But truth is, our dreams are never too big. They are never to far out of reach for us to attain if we would just put our mind to it and work heartily at it. Speaking life into those dreams and goals you have will make all the difference.
So dreamers...this one is for YOU.
To the Dreamers,
You were born to dream. You were born to set goals and reach them. You are more the capable, more than able to do the things that set your soul on fire. Listen to your heart. Put your best foot forward. Be who you are. Enjoy the little things and days of small beginnings. Remember that small is significant. Cherish every moment. Live with intention. Be a 'goal' digger. You are loved. Remember to breathe. Take each day as an opportunity. In all things, work at it with all your heart. Give thanks to the Lord. Let your light shine bright. Cherish every moment. Stand strong. Be inspired. Embrace risk. Enlarge your Vision. Empower others. Believe in yourself and stop comparing. Work hard, stay humble.Surround yourself with those who see greatness within you even when you don't see it yourself. Think positively. Speak life. Always believe something good is about to happen. Pray without ceasing. Ask. Seek. Knock. If you get scared, do it anyway. Stay in your lane. Dream BIG. Go after the dreams that are destined to fail without divine intervention. Chase your dreams instead of your competition. Don't let small minds convince you that your dreams are too big. Don't just tell people your dreams, show them, and when they see them, they will know the scale and size of your God. Make your dreams happen.
Here's to YOU— stand strong. Believe in yourself. Chase your dreams. You've got this.
What are some of your dreams?
