Good Morning, Gorgeous!

It's Tuesday! Which means Thanksgiving is only two days away! I am excited for my sister and nephew to come in town on Wednesday but  this east coast snow storm that is supposedly coming  may mess up travel plans for their arrival. I was on the ball by getting all my shopping done on Saturday, the turkey is the fridge, the menu is ready and all is left is cleaning and food preparation. Being 5 hours away from my family is hard especially during the holidays and with the hubby working in retail, he's stuck working most of the day. I'm not going to lie, when I saw snow on the forecast  I immediately wanted to throw my hands up. I was frustrated in that moment because I felt as if all I've done so far for my sister and nephew's arrival was wasted. I had  kind of a stinky attitude but then I thought,  the weatherman doesn't control the weather...

Thanksgiving is often the time when many people do their  #30daysofthanks or something of the like, they participate in pay-it-forwards, they become grateful all of a sudden for many things, but truth is, e v e r y d a y  ought to be Thanksgiving. There is ALWAYS something to be thankful for. Although I am not in a place in my business where I would  like to be, I am so very thankful of how far I've come. I am thankful for all the supporters of Sincere Touch Photography. I am thankful for my blog and Instagram followers, my Facebook fans. I am thankful for the hard work and dedication I have been putting into Sincere Touch Photography. I am thankful for the individuals whom I've crossed paths with. I am thankful for the beautiful moments that I have been able to capture and for the lives that I've touched in the process— I have a thankful heart that I want to still have after this holiday is over.

Since many people will be starting to travel tonight and tomorrow to spend time with family and friends over delicious food, I want to wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving.
